Enrobed in a fine shell of 70% dark chocolate, with notes of ripe fruit, a Tonda Gentile hazelnut praline from the Langhe reveals itself with an airy and delicate texture.
This praline showcases Summer Truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.). More subtle than its winter counterparts, the summer truffle expresses itself here with nuance, preserved in its purest natural form to respect the delicacy of the hazelnut.
The tasting opens with the freshness of cocoa, followed by a light woody sensation. The praline then unfolds with the softness of fresh hazelnut, giving way to the characteristic notes of summer truffle: wild mushroom, hints of raw almond, and a clear, almost spring-like finish.
