Description
Summer Truffle — The Light of the Sun
Beneath a fine shell of Martinique dark chocolate, warm and delicately spiced, unfolds a Tonda Gentile hazelnut praline with a soft, velvety texture.
It is infused with 8% genuine summer truffle (Tuber aestivum), without any added flavouring — preserving the freshness and authenticity of this sun-kissed truffle.
Softer and lighter than the black truffle, it releases aromas of roasted hazelnut, warm bread, and forest floor.
It brings a sensation of warmth and brightness, a more radiant interpretation of the bond between earth and cocoa.
The tasting opens on praline sweetness, followed by subtle woody and buttery notes, fading into a delicate, lingering finish.
Tasting Recommendations
Enjoy the Summer Truffle at room temperature (18–20 °C / 64–68 °F) to appreciate its gentle nuances.
It pairs beautifully with:
-
A dry white wine, such as Chablis or Vermentino, to highlight its freshness;
-
A Brut or Rosé Champagne, whose vibrancy awakens the praline’s sweetness;
-
Or a light Pinot Noir, for a graceful and balanced experience.
A solar and refined creation — the most luminous of the three truffles.
