Each collection is designed to pair perfectly with wines, champagnes and spirits.
For a champagne pairing, we recommend starting with our White Truffle Truffles, whose delicate notes complement the finesse of a Blanc de Blancs beautifully. Our Pralinés also pair wonderfully with a rosé champagne. The key is to match the intensity of the chocolate with the character of the champagne.
We recommend storing your chocolates in a cool, dry place between 16°C and 18°C, away from light and strong odours. Avoid refrigeration, which can alter the aromas. For optimal tasting, take the chocolates out 15 minutes before serving so they reach room temperature.
