Origin — The Essence of Cocoa

Beneath a delicate shell of grand cru dark chocolate, unfolds an organic Tonda Gentile hazelnut praline from the Langhe, enriched by a grand cru chocolate.

The tasting opens with the intense and rounded notes of cocoa, quickly followed by the smoothness and creaminess of the praline. Gradually, floral and lightly fruity nuances emerge, revealing a harmonious and profound complexity.

A balanced creation — both indulgent and refined — celebrating the true essence of cocoa.


Tasting Recommendations

Origin reveals its full richness at room temperature (16–18 °C).

It pairs beautifully with:

  • A filter coffee from Guatemala or Brazil, round and chocolatey, complementing the richness of cocoa without overpowering the praline

  • A Chinese green tea or white tea, floral and light, revealing the aromatic subtleties of origin chocolate

  • Sparkling water with a touch of pear or apple juice, for a soft and refreshing pairing


Non-Alcoholic Cocktail — “Origin Harmony Light”

Objective: to enhance the origin chocolate and praline in a light, refreshing, and elegant way.

Ingredients:

  • 6 cl fresh pear juice or lightly tart apple juice

  • 2 cl vanilla syrup or light honey syrup

  • 4 cl sparkling water

  • Ice

  • Citrus zest or edible flower for garnish

Preparation:
Mix the fruit juice and syrup in a shaker with ice.
Pour into a long or tulip glass filled with ice.
Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
Garnish with citrus zest or a small edible flower.
