Description
White Truffle — Revealed Delicacy
An unexpected meeting between the light of Piedmont and the depth of cocoa.
Beneath a soft layer of Colombian dark chocolate, known for its buttery smoothness, lies a praline of Tonda Gentile hazelnuts from the Langhe — prized for their fine texture and lingering sweetness.
This praline is enriched with 10% genuine Alba white truffle, one of the world’s rarest treasures, blended without any added flavouring — neither artificial nor natural — to preserve its purest expression.
The tasting begins with the creaminess of the praline, then unfolds in waves of subtle floral and earthy notes: gentle hints of garlic, honey, and fresh hazelnut caress the palate before fading into a delicate, lingering trace.
Its silky texture melts almost instantly, leaving behind an impression of refinement and sensuality.
Tasting Recommendations
The White Truffle reveals its full complexity at room temperature (18–20 °C / 64–68 °F).
It pairs beautifully with:
-
A Meursault or Puligny-Montrachet, whose natural buttery character enhances the finesse of the truffle;
-
A Blanc de Blancs Champagne, whose minerality brightens the cocoa’s light bitterness;
-
Or a Sauternes, for a richer, more enveloping experience.
A luminous and feminine creation — an homage to the fragility and grace of the white truffle.
