— The experience —

The White Truffle works particularly well with taut, precise wines. The aim is not to overwhelm the truffle, but to prolong its creamy texture and buttery sensation. Champagnes with strong minerality create a very elegant contrast with the hazelnut praline.

— Cocktails —

With alcohol

  • Dry white Martini infused with thyme
  • French 75 reimagined with vintage champagne
  • Vodka, white pear and verjus cocktail
  • Very light white Negroni

Without alcohol

  • Sparkling water infused with cucumber and basil
  • Cold jasmine and pear infusion
  • Lightly sweetened white kombucha
  • White grape, verjus and elderflower mocktail

The aim is always to preserve the aromatic subtlety of the white truffle. The cocktails should remain precise, lightly sweetened and built on freshness, tension and aromatic elegance.

— Our story —

The White Truffle was born from a quest around aromatic silence. The idea was not to create a showy chocolate, but a subtle, enveloping experience. The sweetness of the Cravanzana praline gradually reveals the white truffle, in an almost tactile sensation. A creation conceived like a great perfume.
