Because each component is harvested or crafted in truly limited amounts, we choose to keep our production deliberately confidential. Quantity will never tempt us to compromise the quiet perfection of these raw materials.

We work with ingredients whose very nature defies scale: hazelnuts from Cravanzana—celebrated as the finest hazelnuts in the world, gathered by hand on steep hillsides; multiple-award-winning bean-to-bar chocolate, roasted and conched in small kettles until its profile is flawless; and seasonal treasures that range from Alba’s white truffles to other fleeting marvels that appear only when the land allows.
