At its heart, we have incorporated 11% pure White Truffle from Alba (Tuber magnatum Pico)<\/strong>, the most precious of truffles.<\/p>\n

The tasting opens with a moment where the truffle appears like a whisper.
Then the sweetness of the praline unfolds, gradually revealing notes of honey, fresh butter, and delicately milky hazelnut<\/strong>. The white truffle returns, settles on the palate, and becomes almost floral, leaving behind the memory of a subtle and infinitely rare emotion<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
