These Terms and Conditions govern all sales of products offered on the Colette Demay website (www.colettedemay.com<\/a>). By placing an order, you accept these terms without reservation.<\/p>\n

1.2. Products<\/p>\n

Each product is described with the greatest care. Photos are non-contractual. Our chocolates are handcrafted and may present slight variations in shape or appearance.<\/p>\n

1.3. Prices<\/p>\n

All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees are not included and will be specified before order confirmation. Colette Demay reserves the right to change prices at any time.<\/p>\n

1.4. Orders<\/p>\n

Orders are confirmed only once payment is successfully processed. Colette Demay reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of payment issues, stock unavailability, or suspicion of fraud.<\/p>\n

1.5. Payment<\/p>\n

Payments are processed securely via [Stripe \/ PayPal \/ etc.]. No financial data is stored on our servers.<\/p>\n

1.6. Delivery<\/p>\n

Products are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to external factors. We are not liable for delays due to carriers, customs, or force majeure.<\/p>\n

1.7. Storage and Shelf Life<\/p>\n

Chocolates must be stored between 15\u00b0C and 18\u00b0C, away from light and humidity. We are not responsible for any degradation due to improper storage.<\/p>\n

1.8. Returns and Refunds<\/p>\n

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos to request a replacement or refund.<\/p>\n

1.9. Liability<\/p>\n

Colette Demay shall not be held responsible for any indirect damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.<\/p>\n

1.10. Governing Law<\/p>\n

These terms are governed by the laws of France .
